How do I change the program that processes links in usenet?

Hello. I've got a problem I can't figure out how to solve. When I am
reading a post on a usenet newsgroup and the post contains a link, the
browser that comes up is not Internet Explorer (IE) but instead a Yahoo
browser that I don't like (it came when I ordered DSL from SBC/Yahoo). I
want to change it so the IE browser comes up when I click on a link from a
usenet ng.

I surf the net using the IE browser. When I click on a link while surfing
the net, IE remains the browser for the website that comes up. So the
problem is only when I'm in Outlook Express and reading newsgroups with it.

Any help would really be appreciated. Thank you.

Post in a group for your news group reader. Outlook does not contain a news
group reader but uses Outlook Express for that purpose.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Bill asked:
