How do I change the powerpoint icon to match my presentation?

I have ten different powerpoint templates each with a different photo for a
title page, and I want to match the desktop icons for each of these files to
match the image on the title page. I also want it to maintain it's appearance
on other computers. Is this possible on Windows Vista?
