how do i change the pop3 and smtp settings for 80-100 users via s.

Does anyone know how to alter the pop3 and smtp in outlook2000 via scripting
or another method for around 80 - 100 users, i know about gpo's and such but
its time here that is a restraint, so if there are Policys ready to go then
they would be grately appreciated....
