how do I change the look of Outlook's today page?

Outlook today is the start page for Outlook and for some reason I don't seem
to be able to change the look of it. Used to be able to change to Summer for
the summer months or Winter for the winter months but can't now? Anyone got
any ideas that will work, apart from repair etc; ... done it and re-installed
it to no avail? Asking for help/ideas that are known to work.

As in you select the customize outlook today button in the upper right and
it does nothing? Running Outlook 2000 and is IE patched to the gills? If

I'll try that, neo ... one thing I didn't think of, looking there. I'm
starting to get fedup with the updates because they're repeating them and
that is a big pain.
