How do I change the ip scheme of a site in my domain

Does anybody have a good step by step guide for changing
the IP scheme of a site in my domain.
 
Ron,

Do you have multiple Sites in your domain or is this the only Site? Have
you already set up the subnet and associated it with the
Default-First-Site-Name ( or whatever you may have renamed it ) in the
Active Directory Sites and Services MMC?

This is just a start.
