How do I change the icon?

How do I change the icon in the upper right corner? I installed a Comcast product and now have removed but their icon is still there. I have even tried to reinstall IE with no luck

To remove branding from IE:
Start> Run> type in or copy and paste:

rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

Click OK.
Restart Internet Explorer

If unsuccessful with that:
