The tiny icon under the "x" box on the upper right of brower

The tiny icon right underneath the three buttons to
minimize, restore, and close the window in the upper right
hand corner of the internet explorer broswer has become
corrupted. Is there anyway for me to change this icon? I
was originally showing the microsoft flying window icon.
Then it showed the comcast icon. Now it kinda looks like
the comcast icon but is really blurry. It's really
annoying. Thanks for your help.

I forgot to mention that I have Win ME and all the
solutions online that I could find were for Win XP or
required installing another program.
