How do I change the direction of an entire excel work sheet ?

Currently when I open a new excel work sheet, cloumn A appears on the top
right instead of top left ? and I want to change the direction of the entire
work sheet.

Hi,

Tools - Options - International tab and select Left to right and un check
view current sheet right to left.
