How do I change the default zoom level on load in Word 12?

Hi everytime 12 loads, i have the minimum zoom level set (10%), is there a
way to manually change this? I tried editing the 'normal' template but no
file loads to change the display...

If you are really using Office 12, you really need to be posting your
