How do I change the date on the email template?

An 'expert' set up our email template on outlook so that it shows today's
date at the top of the body text. The date is showing the date he set it up
rather than the date for the day we are sending the email. I need to get into
the template to make sure the date updates every day. Does anyone know how?

You don't say what version of Outlook you're using. In Outlook 2003, go to
Tools | Options | Other, click Advanced Options, then Custom Forms, then
Manage Forms. You should be able to get to the e-mail form from there and
fix it.
