How do I change the color of Outlook 2003?

Is it possible to change the whole colour of Outlook 2003? I have seen in
some of the demo's on the MS site for Outlook 2003, that the whole visual
effect is a rather pleasant blue colour as oppessed to the usual dull,
oppressive Grey. I have also seen this in photographs of Outlook 2003 in a
number of issues of the The Official Microsoft Windows XP magazine that we
