How Do I change the All Programs menu style?

In XP the All Programs menu displays as a large flyout across the screen,
which I like as I have many programs installed. In Vista, the All Programs
menu is displayed as a single vertical column with a scroll bar, which I
detest! Can this be changed to the XP style? I have looked in many places,
but to no avail.

Right click taskbar>properties>start menu, change to
'classic style menu'
click apply, click OK.

Your will then have the old Xp style menus.

Hi,
It sounds like you want the Classic Start Menu. Right-click the Start
button> Properties> Classic Start Menu.

Hope this helps,

I agree. The search thing is nice, but when you have many apps you can
forget the names, and it is very easy to forget about secondary applets that
come with many apps.
