how do i change "prepared by"?

Hi,
go to page Layout, page set up choose print Titles and look into Header and
footer
 
You waqnt to change the Author's name for one particular workbook?

In 2003.........File>Properties>Statistics.

In 2007.........Button>Prepare

Change name and save workbook.

To change default name for all new workbooks change the name found

in 2003........Tools>Options>General>User Name

in 2007........Button>Excel Options>Personalize your copy of Office>User
Name
