how do I change number of recently used templates in word 2003?

I want to change the number of items in the "recently used templates" menu in
Word 2003?

Change the number 0-9.

This doesn't affect the template MRU list in the New Document task pane.

Thanks Charles, but this does not help me with the problem. This may be
another way but I do not see here what I am looking for. Or am I missing
