You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:
Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".

Please use the option of CTRL+ALT+"Arrow keys" (Up Arrow) to restore the
display to normal position. Also, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, Control Panel
2. Double-click on Display icon
3. Click on Settings tab
4. Click Advanced button
5. Click on Intel Extreme Graphics tab
6. Click on the Graphics Properties Button
7. Click the Rotation tab
8. Uncheck the "Enable Rotation" box
9. Click OK
10. Click OK
