how do I change my keyboard to type Spanish characters

I used to be able to type Spanish accents and tildas. I don´t know what I
did but my whole keyboard has changed and now I can´t type Spanish accents or
tildes and in fact, some other characters have changed to, is there a way I
can change the keyboard characters to be able to type in Spanish again_
sorry, I would have put a question mark at the end of my question but it also
got changed, to an underscore, as you can see. Any help would be welcomed.
 
This setting relates to Windows Regional and Language options (Control
panel) > languages > details. Chewck what keyboard languages are set up.
