How do I change my Japanese MSWord into English?

I bought my computer while in Japan and it is all in Japanese.

Is there a way to change it to English? Maybe something online I can
download?

I am not aware of Microsoft having any special deals to accommodate someone
in your situation, but it might be worth calling your local Microsoft Office
to see if there is something.
