How do I change my e-mails 'sent from' field - (not my signature)

When recipients recieve e-mails from me, it reads 'sent from' - with my name
spelt incorrectly. Is there a way i can change this to the correct spelling?

I am using Outlook 2003 professional

Change your name in the settings of your Outlook mail account.

Depends. If you're using Exchange to house your mailbox, your Exchange
administrator will beed to do that. Otherwise, click Tools>E-mail
Accounts>Next, select your account, click Change, and correct the spelling.
