MY CURRENT DEFAULT PAGE IS 10 X 11'' LANDSCAPE BUT I WANT TO CHANGE IT TO A4
PORTRAIT. HOW DO I FIX IT SO THAT I DONT HAVE TO CHANGE IT EVERY TIME I PRINT?

It sounds like you need to change your printer driver settings. Go to
the Start menu and find Printers and Faxes. (You may need to go
through the Control Panel; it depends on your version of Windows.)

When you find your printer, right click on it and select Properties.
You can usually set default page sizes, orientation etcetera in there.
