How do I change lines

I inadvertantly created a huge gocument in Normal and single spaceing for the
lines between sentences but I wish to put double lines spacing between
sentences, sort of like a draft but this is a final document, 27 pages in
length. So I really am stuck? If you can help out, please let me know. I am
using Word 2007.

I _think_ all you want to do is Select the entire document (Ctrl-A)
and go to the Line Spacing button on the Home tab and choose double
spacing.
