How do I change from upper case to lower case in an already print.

I typed a document in all caps and want to change it to lower case. Is this
possible in Word.?
 
Select the text. On the Format menu, click Change Case. Click the
desired option, and then click OK.
 
Select the text you want to change and press F3, it will cycle through CAPS,
Initial caps, or lower case.
