I work in inches rather than millimeters to produce forms & reports for
printing purposes, but I can't find where to change to inches in either Excel
or Access 2000. It's easy to find in Word - but in Access & Excel I've
looked everywhere I can think but can't find it......can anyone help?

AFAIK, Access and Excel both get it from the Regional Settings. You have to
go through the Control Panel (and it'll impact all other applications on
your computer)

Access does not have its own setting.

It uses whatever you specify in the Windows Control Panel, under Regional
Settings.

Dear MoxieMorgan:

I believe that Access picks up these settings from the Regional Options in
the Windows Control Panel. Go to Regional Options>Numbers>Measurement...

Add a calculated field in your queries MM: [{field with inches}]*2.54
