How do I change from All Caps to regular typing in a doc?

Are you saying when you type it shows in caps even though the Caps Lock
isn't on? If so, display the Font dialog box and make sure All Caps isn't
selected.

If you want to quickly change the text case, use Shift + F3 and it will cycle
through the different cases.
