If you want to change all the fonts, go to
View>Master>Slide Master, highlight the text in the title
or body area and then select the font colour you want from
the toolbar.
Go to View > Master > Notes Page and make the change there.
However, you will only see the setting in effect when you print the notes pages
or go to View > Notes Page. The font color change won't be noticeable in View >
Normal.
