How do I change e-mail setting in Microsoft Outlook 2003?

My Microsoft Outlook keep popping up to start and Exchange server messeage
come up but my E-mail is MSN mail address and connection.
I would like to change to my MSN account.

COntrol Panel>Mail>E-mail Accounts. Remove the Exchange account.
