How do i center my webpage

i have produced a frontpage website and i want the pages to be in the middle
so if i have a screen resolution of 1024 * 768 it should be in the middle and
fill up the screen. If i put my screen resolution on 800 * 600 i want the
page to be in the middle and fill up the screen. Is this possible and how

And please i am a novice so not too technical please

Build your site using tables.

Centre the table using the table's properties, and select "Center".

Make the width of the table using Percents rather than a fixex pixel width
so it will maintain that width at whatever resolution you use.
