How do I make my web pages centered for higher screen resolutions?

I want to make the webpages on this website centered for any user with any
screen resolution. Right now, it appears flush left and the background color
fills the screen. I want it to be centered with the background color
centered along with the content. http://www.mj3aviators.com/index.htm

Put all of the content inside of a table cell set to a fixed number of
pixels wide.

Screen resolution is not what you need to worry about - it's browser
viewport width. I have a 1280x1024 screen, but my browser is rarely wider
than 760px.
