How do I cancel an email that has been sent?

I am trying to send an email that I believe is too big to be sent. I need to
know if there is a way to cancel this email.
 
Is it stuck in your Outbox now?
Place Outlook offline by File-> Work Offline and restart Outlook. You should
now be able to delete the message. Once deleted place Outlook back on-line.
