How do I block e-mails from a specific person?

I want to block all e-mails from an officemate because he keeps spamming. Is
there a way to do that?

No way to say with so little info. What version/mode/SP level of Outlook?
What kind of mail account?

That said, if this is a coworker, talk to management if he's not following
policy.
