How do I block all but 2 domains in IE

HEy everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to
bloack all but 2 domains in IE. I have a computer that is
used just by employees for work and would like to restrict
all browsing capabilities except for 2 domains. Any info
would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Just out of curiousity, that page does not list XP as one of the OSs for
this technique.
