How do I backup AutoComplete Settings?

I have a computer with alot of usefull information I keep stored in
AutoComplete in IE.X and I see tons of threads regarding "how to remove
AutoComplete Settings" but I am looking for a way to back up individually the
file(s) which contain this information and move it over to a new profile, the
one possible method I have summed up is to back up the Cookies folder with
the Index.dat file included and bring it over to the new workstation that I
am currently looking at. Can someone let me know if there is a better
method/another way to do this?
