how do I back up outlook...folders, contacts, inbox and sent emai.

I need to scrub my hard drive, and install XP, but do not want to loose any
or my outlook information...........how can I save the info to a jump drive
or burn it to a disc..............and then reinstall, once I have XP loaded?

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
