how do i back up contacts and calendar from mobile to outlook 2007

I have a nokia mobile, and want to back up my contacts and calendar, am
having difficulties, cannot seem to find an easy way of doing this, and have
no idea why i cannot get a simple step by step
CAN ANYONE HELP
