How do i back up an external HD to another external HD?

I have a Maxtor external 150G HD that needs to be backed up. It is just
about full and their is no back up to it. I'm afraid that it will go down
and all the information will be lost and their is no back up to it. I'd like
to back it up with a Maxtor 250G HD and have the back up be automatically
receiving any files that are written to the 150G HD. Is their an easier way
than dragging and dropping the files to the new HD? I appreciate any help.
