How do I avoid receiving duplicate emails from multiple accounts

I am experiencing a problem with duplicate emails appearing in Outlook. I
want to be able to send emails from numerous accounts (different groups I
belong to). The email that I receive is forwarded to my main email account.
I now receive duplicate emails from my main email account
I have tried deleting the incoming email server settings, but the NEXT
button disappears.
