how do i automatically send/receive on opening outllok

In my old Outlook it automatically performed a send/receive on opening but on
this version I cant find how to set this up
 
What a shame. Wonder what your new version is. Perhaps you could include
information like that when you ask a question and save us from having to
guess.
Just set up an automatic polling interval.
