how do i automatically redirect incoming emails to a folder

I have created different folders for some contacts of mine with whom i
regularly communicate on email. i get a lot of emails from them daily which
clutters my inbox. Is there a way through which I can redirect incoming mails
from a particular contact to a folder created specifically for him? I am
using outlook 2007
