How do I automatically open attachments in the messages?

I'm trying to automaticly open pictures that are added as attachments to the
email so that they open in the message and I don't have to open the
attachment. How do I do this?

You can't. Outlook will only show pictures in-line when they were inserted
in-line by Insert-> Picture... When they were inserted as attachment
(Insert-> File...) Outlook will show it as attachment
