Create a folder (I call mine Individuals) and under that
folder create one for those individuals that will
frequently send you messages. As one comes in, create a
rule to have the messages from that individual placed in
the folder by their name.
I have already tried the solution you suggested, but I want a different
option. I am in real estate and my client incoming emails come from so many
people, I want to be able to attach each incoming email to the client contact
card I create for each. Something like how I can link my outgoing emails to
my client contact. Any other suggestions?
