How do I attach a confirmation page to form?

I am trying to attach a confirmation page to a form, but when I try this in
form properties-options-confirmation page ( I insert the confirmation page
address through browse), I get an error that says please type in a valid URL.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you create a custom confirmation page? Easiest way is to create the
custom page then click on the Browse to button in the Forms dialog.
