How do I apply the new stationery to an Outlook Email?

I designed a Stationery template with my company's logo, name, address, etc
and saved it as a word doc. How do I apply the new stationery when I write my
next email in Outlook?

Stationery consists of .html files, not Word documents. What version of
Office are you using?
