How do I apply a music video to my powerpoint?

How do I put a music video onto my powerpoint presentation? I have tried
going to Insert-Movies and Sounds-Movie from file, and then trying to open up
a saved music video, but nothing ever shows up! Please, I need your help!!!!
Also, is it possible to have the music video be the entire backround?

Where did the video come from? If it was downloaded from the internet it
may have DRM in it and PowerPoint won't/can't use it.

Video's always play "on top" of any/all objects on the PowerPoint slide.
