How do I animate gifs in Outlook

I can't seem to get the animated gifs in outlook email to actually move...
???????? They automatically did in 2003 version. Please instruct. Thanks so

Outlook 2007 has removed the displaying of animation in GIF files.
 
Evening Brian,

Thank you for answering. Would it be possible to do a macro, i.e. visual
basic, to force the animation to "animate"?

I sure miss the little "action" in the emails....

Beats me. I haven't programmed any VB.
