How do I alternate between potrait and landscape page set-up?

When writing a long word report and you wish to alternate between portrait
and landscape page set-ups throughout the document, how can this be achieved?
Currently the only options seem to be Applying to the 'whole document', 'this
point forward' or 'selected text'. What I want is to be able to list about 10
different pages throughout the document that are set-up in landscape and the
other 40 pages set-up in portrait. Any help would be greatfully received!!

Jimmy,
To switch between landscape and portrait pages you need to use sections.
Insert - Break - Section break next page, then with your curser in section
(which by the way can consist of as many pages as you like) you want to be
landscape go to Format - Page Setup - Margins tab - click on landscape and
in the apply to list choose this section only. Repeat the whole process if
necessary.
