How do I alphebetize a list inside an e-mail

I am trying to put in alphebetical order a list that has already been typed
into an email. If anybody knows how to do this I would love to be
enlightened. And if this is not possible please let me know that too, so I
can stop trying. Thanks

can't do it in Outlook, but you can copy the list and paste it into Excel and
do it there, then copy and paste it back into the message
