how do i allow internet links in outlook?

Every time I try to follow a link from Outlook 2007 I recieve an error
message saying that restrictions on the computer prevent the action, and to
contact the system adminstrator.

I have un-checked the disable links under tools /options / junk email, but
that did not help.

In Internet Options, Advanced tab, try resetting IE back to its default
settings.
