how do I add the newsreader to the Outlook bar

I'm using Outlook as my default newsreader. How do I put a shortcut to the
newsreader in the outlook bar? It's not in the folder list, and since it uses
outlook express, would it be a shortcut to that? Or is there a quicker way.
