How do I add tear off tabs to the bottom of a flyer?

I cant figure out how to add tear off tabs to the bottom of my document.
Please help!
 
this newsgroup answers questions about using MS Access relational database
software. so if you're not trying to do this in Access, suggest you re-post
your question to a newsgroup devoted to the software that you are using.
 
MS Publisher has some pre-built templates that have the tear-off tabs...
