how do I add tab controls to a form

How do I add tabs to forms? I would like to a have a form that has 2 other
tabs that lead to other forms that should be linked together.
 
Put the form in designview and look in the menubar for the toolbox which has
a button on it which says tabcontrol click on it once and then click on your
form. This should place a tabcontrol with two tabs on your form.
