does anyone know how to add the list of track changes made to a document to
the end of the document?

It would help to know which version of Word you have, but in a general way,
the answer is: No.

However, in more recent versions of Word you can go over the File/Print dialog
box. From the "Print what" dropdown choose "List of markup". That will print
the information as a separate document, which you could certainly append to
the other print out.
